phone nos. for the location is made, to ensure your safety.
Contact Registeration
WatchnCatch, register the contacts with their complete details, so that they can be contacted by our Monitoring Centers in case of emergency. These contacts are registered under the categories of "Informative Contacts' and "Emergency Contacts."
As the name suggests, based on the seriousness of the event at your registered locations, our Monitoring Center will contact them e.g. you can register the phone no. of the
nearest Police Station of your location so that in case of any serious event in the locations immediate intimation can be given to the nearest police station and then you (informative contact) can be informed of the event.
Cost of Phone Intimation
On purchase of the software your account is credited with a sum equivalent to US $10 which is being consumed towards phone and SMS alerts. Each phone call made to the registered no. is charged @ US 0.50 per call and you will be required to upgrade your balances to avail this facility.
Frequency of Phone Call
Your all locations are being continuously monitored by our Monitoring centers and it will be calling all the contacts registered with it, based on the seriousness
of the incident occurring at your location. In case of emergency, it may call all the emergency contacts registered by you. Users are advised to maintain appropriate balances in their account to ensure that no serious event is left unanswered.
